Yes You Can

No matter your weight, size, age or other barrier you have set, you can take part. So long as you are ok with a loud vibrant atmosphere, lots of music and some sweat. 


Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm to 6:45pm, come in for a low impact work out in the loud high energy space

Your Pace

Go at your pace, and listen to your body, we all start from somewhere. You set your limitations .

How To Purchase

Follow the link Below and purchase your punch card. All punch cards are only good for 3 months, so use up your punch cards. Get your sweat on.  You can purchase a pack of 10 classes or a pack of 5 classes.  Should this class get popular we will then add unlimited subscriptions so you can come to as many classes as you want.
